Here it is... It's my first time trying any icing flowers on the cake and I think for a first time I did okay. I made the dairy-free chocolate cake I made cupcakes out of on the weekend - It's a very versatile recipe!!!

I love the cake you made. My husband is going to be 35 on Saturday! I may just trial this recipe for him since he is a big chocolate fan. I just wanted to find out, when baking a cake, what time and temperature did you use (Celsius is fine)? Were there any other modifications you made? Okay, one more question, what is mixed spice? Is this similar to allspice (cinnamon/nutmeg like)? Thanks for the great recipe!
